Follow up Plan for Patients |
| At Absolute Respiratory Care Inc. We pride ourselves on having an effective and efficient follow up program for our patients. As you know, staying in close contact with respiratory patients helps to insure their compliance. All Oxygen, Nebulizer, CPAP and Bilevel patients are contacted according to the following schedule; 24 hours after receiving their equipment, after the first week of using the equipment and at the three month period of use. The follow up schedule then continues on a 3 month continuous cycle. Patients are encouraged to contact us with any questions, concerns, or problems at any time while on service with Absolute Respiratory Care. Notes are taken during each follow up conversation with patients. These notes are stored electronically allowing us to keep continuity in the plan of care for each patient. |
